Massage is simple, relaxing and rejuvenating.

Massage can greatly reduce the development of painful muscular patterning, if employed early enough after suffering trauma or injury.

My massage practice has changed locations.

Meet Chris Edgar

I believe that a therapist is not only a person skilled in the corrective treatment of diseases and disorders, but also a teacher. I educate my clients on how to create that post treatment feeling again at home or at work, and on ways to prevent re-occurrences of pain and dysfunction. That learning process varies greatly with each person, and I respect that everybody is on their own "path to health." However, I believe in prevention, and that you must take responsibility for your own well-being.
